These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and r779 ("r779", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the r779 website, mobile interface, betting services, casino products, and all associated features available at r779.cam ("the Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing any bet, or participating in any promotion, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

To access the full features of the Platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete and current information. You agree that:

• All registration information provided is true, accurate and current at the time of submission and will be updated promptly if it changes;
• You will create only one account from any single device, household, IP address or financial instrument;
• Your account credentials — including your username and password — are your sole responsibility. You must not share them with any other person;
• You will notify r779 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account;
• r779 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

r779 reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate any account registration at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons, particularly where there is reason to suspect fraud, underage use, breach of these Terms, or use from a Restricted Territory.

r779 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to comply with identity, age, fraud prevention and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any stage during the account lifecycle.

5.1 — Required Documentation. Acceptable identity documents for Pakistani users typically include:

• A valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back;
• A valid Pakistani passport — biographic data page;
• Proof of address documentation where required (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement);
• A selfie or liveness check holding the identity document, as directed by the verification system.

5.3 — Document Integrity. You must never alter, obscure, crop or falsify any identity document submitted to r779. Submission of falsified, altered or fraudulent documents constitutes a criminal offence and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate authorities.

5.4 — Enhanced Due Diligence. For large withdrawal amounts or where transaction patterns are unusual, r779 may request additional documentation including source-of-funds declarations. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality.

6.1 — Currency. All account balances, deposits, withdrawals and promotional values on r779 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Exchange-rate risks arising from any third-party conversion are the user's responsibility.

6.2 — Payment Methods. Available deposit and withdrawal methods are listed in the live cashier section of your account. Available methods may change at any time and are subject to minimum and maximum limits, fees and provider-specific conditions. 7.1 — Wagering Requirements. All bonuses carry a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met in full before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 7.2 — Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While a bonus is active, a maximum per-bet stake limit applies. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus being voided. The applicable limit is stated in each promotion's terms.

7.3 — Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute at a higher rate than live casino or table games. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.

7.4 — Bonus Expiry. Bonuses and free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotional terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.

7.5 — Maximum Cash-Out. Some promotions apply a maximum cash-out cap on winnings generated from bonus funds. This cap is stated in each promotion's individual terms.

7.6 — One Bonus Per Person. Unless otherwise specified, promotions are limited to one per person, household, device and IP address. r779 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus where abuse or manipulation is suspected.

7.7 — r779 Discretion. r779 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Bonuses that have been credited but not yet wagered may be removed from accounts where abuse is detected. Decisions on bonus eligibility and abuse determinations are final.

8.1 — Acceptance of Bets. r779 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion. Acceptance of a bet does not guarantee settlement at the displayed odds if an error in odds presentation is subsequently identified.

8.2 — Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting market or game interface at the time of placing a bet.

8.3 — Errors and Manifest Mistakes. In the event of a manifest error in odds, game outcomes, payout calculations or any other aspect of the gaming or betting interface, r779 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct account balances. Winnings arising from manifest errors are not payable.

8.4 — Game Integrity. All r779 casino games are powered by third-party certified game content providers. RTP (Return to Player) figures presented are illustrative example ranges based on game mathematics and are not guaranteed on any individual session or bet.

8.5 — Unsettled Bets. Bets remain unsettled until the relevant event or game outcome has been officially determined. r779 follows its standard settlement rules for sports events, including abandoned, postponed or voided events.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on r779 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or using the Platform from a Restricted Territory;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration or KYC information;
• Operating multiple accounts or collusion with others to circumvent account limits;
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in the Platform's favour without immediately reporting them;

• Laundering funds through the Platform or using it to facilitate financial crime;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy or distribute any part of the Platform;
• Chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits that have been wagered;

r779 employs monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Accounts found in breach of this section will be suspended or permanently closed, with all balances forfeited to the extent permitted by law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, publish, sell or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of r779.

The r779 brand name, logo and associated marks are proprietary to the operator. Unauthorised use of r779 branding is prohibited.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, r779 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

11.2 r779 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical issues. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may affect Platform availability without notice.

11.3 r779 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security, from network connectivity issues on your end, or from actions taken based on information displayed on the Platform that contains errors.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through their account settings;

13.1 — Voluntary Closure. You may request account closure at any time by contacting r779 support. Any real-money balance at the time of closure, subject to KYC completion and the absence of pending investigations, will be processed for withdrawal.

13.2 — Operator-Initiated Closure. r779 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) where:

• A material breach of these Terms has occurred;
• Fraudulent, abusive or prohibited conduct is detected or suspected;
• KYC verification fails or documents are found to be false;
• Account activity indicates use from a Restricted Territory;
• Regulatory, compliance or legal obligations require it;
• The account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in the operator's dormancy policy.

13.3 — Balance on Closure. Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct, r779 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance to the extent permitted by applicable law. Disputes regarding forfeited balances must be submitted in writing within 30 days of account closure notification.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction.

14.1 — Dispute Process. In the event of a dispute, you should first contact r779 customer support in writing, providing full details of the issue. r779 will endeavour to resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe. Where an amicable resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to an appropriate dispute resolution mechanism as specified by the operator's licensing terms.

14.2 — Limitation Period. Any claim or dispute arising from use of the Platform must be raised within twelve (12) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims raised after this period will not be entertained.
